Dio Fairs: management for fairs, markets and events
Dio Fairs runs a fairs and events business in one system, from an exhibitor’s first enquiry to the end of fair day: the calendar of fairs, booth quotes the exhibitor approves and pays by link, suppliers and costs, the team on site, and what each fair actually earned.
It is built for fair day itself, not only the office. At a busy fair there isn’t always reception, so check‑ins, expenses and receipts are saved on the phone and sync once the signal returns. It is part of dioapps, the group’s line of apps for professionals in the field, and issues its receipts and invoices through Glance.
Who it's for
Independent organisers running a fair or two a month, operators of recurring fair series with online exhibitor sign‑up and payment, and event businesses with a team, suppliers and costs.
What it does
- A calendar of fairs, blocked dates and team, with clash checks, recurring fairs and Google Calendar.
- Booth quotes by link: the exhibitor sees the price and cancellation terms, signs and pays a deposit, and the booth is held on the plan.
- Payments through the business’s own card terminal, plus cash, transfer or Bit, with receipts and invoices issued automatically.
- Suppliers and costs, such as staging, barriers, power, security and cleaning, with price lists, confirmations and what is still owed.
- A public page for the brand and for each fair, with exhibitor sign‑up, places left and a waiting list.
- Exhibitor enquiries with their source and status, follow‑up reminders and WhatsApp templates.
- A team where each member sees only their own fairs, without prices or other exhibitors.
- A fair‑day screen that works offline: one‑tap exhibitor check‑in, walk‑in exhibitors, expenses with a receipt photo, and directions in Waze.
- Profit per fair, booth income against venue, supplier and staff costs, and a monthly report.
Good to know
- A phone app, and the same system in the browser on a computer.
- Every plan includes every feature, with no paid add‑ons.
- The first 30 days are free, with no credit card.
- Exhibitors and suppliers use it for free.
- Available in Hebrew and English.
